This is they guy that did my inspection. Would definitely use again. Very thorough and gives a very detailed report. He actually saved me some $ in the long run as the owner agreed to a lower price.

The administration has implemented revised guidelines for HAFA, which we all hope will reduce the waiting time for short sales. This would be great news for realtors I am sure.

Still, shortsales are sold at an average of 25% below regular listed homes and will be hard to avoid in 2011. All data projects a 20% increase in foreclosure filings, which if true realtors will have to be on board with Short Sales as a main source of income for the next 14 months, AT LEAST. Hate it or love it you are going to have to creatively find ways to “talk up” your short sale listings in the area.
